After launch the converter, click "Add File" to import the AVCHD MTS/M2TS files to it from Mac or directly from Alpha NEX through a USB cable.
Move to the menu bar of "Profile" and click it to set the output format. Choose Common Video? Mov-QuickTime (*.mov) so that the output video will be easily recognized by FCP/FCE/iMovie. Remember to set the output path to save the converted file.
